The company DVel in Lund, specialists in test and measurement systems, has received a new order from Studsvik worth one million kronor. DVel has previously delivered two specially adapted measuring systems to Studsvik and now has the confidence to deliver another one.

The new system is a measuring equipment for material tests on used nuclear fuel rods. It replaces an old system that is no longer functional. DVel will supply hardware for data collection and software to the system, as well as develop the test rig itself together with Studsvik.

“It is fun that we once again gain the confidence to deliver a system to Studsvik. At the end of last year, we did a feasibility study where we investigated two new systems, and now we have received an order for one of the systems. ”
