We deliver turnkey test rigs to a wide range of industries. Our test rigs can test entire products, components or investigate specific parts of a product.
A test rig can be used in a development department or in a production environment. We work with mechanical testing, electronic testing, function testing, automated visual inspection and simulation for testing parts of a system.

We produce specifications together with you and give feedback on a regular basis to ensure the delivered system is exactly what you want.

The test rigs we create are based on years of experience and reuse components we verified in previous systems. The architecture we use has been tested many times and is adapted to suit the needs of the new rig during the design phase.


At the beginning of a project we go to the drawing board and evaluate the test rig concept. We produce a draft concept for you, or together with you if you want to participate in the process. We can weigh several technical ideas against each other to find out which solutions are best suited for your needs. It’s a creative process where we often bring together several of our experts in different areas to produce a wide variety of possible solutions.

We investigate the current market to find out if there are any solutions that can be integrated into the rig. For example, it can be complete measuring instruments that can be remotely controlled. If this is not the case, we work from the requirements to find suitable sensors and actuators we can develop the system around.We always look for the most cost-effective solution for you, where we spend time and effort on the things that are unique for your testing needs. A test rig from us is always well thought out.

Mechanical and electrical solutions

We complement our expertise by using a well-developed network of partners to ensure and resolve the most varied issues we face. Together we solve the design and manufacture of mechanical and electrical solutions, plan and conduct electrical wiring and program control systems for the test rig.

We take overall responsibility for the solution and for project implementation together with you. It gives you an opportunity for follow-up and to influence the solution if circumstances change.

Automatic control engineering solutions

We have gained experience about feedback of signals for automatic control solutions from previous projects. Different test or measurement rigs require different complex automatic control solutions. Sometimes you need creative solutions that don’t always have to be so advanced. In these cases, we work to find the level that suits the particular rig to be built.

We supply systems for controlling everything from engines and flows to more customized measurement equipment.

Robust, flexible systems

The requirements for production testing systems and product development test systems are different. Robustness and reliability have high priority in production, while flexibility is often prioritized higher for test systems for R&D departments. We build systems that are both robust and flexible by using a stable hardware platform while drawing on our long experience of system development. We use proven software development models to ensure that operations are not interrupted while allowing systems to adapt to a reality that is constantly changing.


A good operator interface is an important part of the rigs we deliver. It applies to screen interfaces as well as physical interfaces with buttons, knobs and lights.

Instructions should be intuitive and error messages should be clear.

We minimize the risk of operator error by carefully considering the placement of controls and buttons.

We have delivered many test rigs and learned what questions we should ask operators and how to test our own systems to make them as good as possible from a user perspective.
